How to purchase a session:
Once you have found a service provider you would like to have a session with make sure their “availability indicator” says they are available. If you make a purchase and their indicator did not say they were available then it is understood that you are making a purchase for a future session and you will need to contact that service provider to schedule your session.
To complete your purchase select the session option you want and click “Add to Cart” and you will be directed to the secure payment page. Confirm the service you are purchasing and the price and then enter in your payment info.
Important – you do not need to use your real name – however the name you provide will be provided to the service provider in their sale notification. Your name and the service you are purchasing is the only info provided to the service provider. They do not get you payment info!
Register as a user is optional but helps you have a faster check out on future purchases. There are other perks as well for being a register user.
Make sure the email address you provide is an email address you have access to. You will be emailed a receipt that will have a receipt id# You will need this number when your session begins.
Check the box stating you agree to the “Terms of Sale”
Double check your payment info and when ready click on the “Purchase” button.
If the transaction is approved you will get an order summary displayed on your screen You will also be emailed a copy.
If your transaction was declined you will see that on your screen. If you get a decline and feel your payment card is good then you need to call the customer service number on the back of your payment card and tell them you are trying to make an online purchase with web-tokens.com and it was declined. They will tell you why. In most cases it was declined because we are listed as an online adult merchant and they want to prevent fraud so require you to verify the purchase. They will clear your payment card to be able to make a purchase. Unfortunately you will have to start over with your purchase.
Once you have received your email receipt you can initiate your purchased session. There will be detail instructions on connecting and completing your session.
